„Contact with host Julia is fast and convenient. Good instructions and tips. The house itself was not very spacey, but just good enough for 3 persons. Bedroom on the lowest level was good. The sleeping couch is in the living, it was a bit warm there. Shower is good. Kitchen is small. The garden, bbq unit and the swimming pool are at the highest levels. This gives a unique view on the lake. Very nice to be there. At night you can put on the lights. “

„We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again.“

„It was an absolutely splendid experience. We rented a boat to use from Click&Boat website. I highly recommend doing that as well. Driving a car in Como is not as pleasurable as driving a boat! Thank you again Sergio for memories of a lifetime.“

„Haus/Unterkunft Das Appartement ist genau wie beschrieben. Die Räume sind groß und bieten jeden Komfort, den man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt, technisch einwandfrei und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Blick auf den See, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. „What a beautiful flat in such a great location in Como. Plenty of space to relax and really enjoyed the balcony to sit outside. Check in and communication with host was great. Only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in a very central area with lots of (people) traffic so it can be a bit noisy at night. Overall though, highly recommend!!!“
