„Really enjoyed our stay. The host was fantastic. Lots of room and very clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend this rental. It is near a gas station and store that I found convenient for drinks and snacks. I recommend renting a car to get around the island. “

„beautiful little 1 bedroom (queen)& loft (2 twin mattresses) home with a lovely ocean view from the family room, kitchen & wood deck. a short 200 yd stroll puts you on the beach. there is a small dipping pool in the carefully maintained garden right in front of the house. spotlessly clean & comfortable. lovely basic furnishings, and everything you may need for an awesome, relaxing vacation“

„We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!“

„We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice.“

„We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation. “
