The Red Brick Flat- 15 minutes from Naval base!

Beautiful and charming home, easy access everything in the Chicagoland area from this centrally located rental. 10 minutes from the Great Lakes Navy Base. This home features three bedrooms, one bathroom and has been and freshly painted and furnished with high-end mattresses and furniture. This apartment is the second floor of a duplex. It has central air conditioning and the washer and dryer are located in the basement.

There are three bedrooms, two have a comfortable queen-sized bed, and one bedroom has a twin-sized bed. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There's a large dining room and spacious living room with hardwood floors and lots of character and charm.

You will have access to the entire apartment on the 2nd floor, as well as exclusive use of the washer and dryer in the basement.

I can help with anything during your stay! I live and work a couple blocks away.

You have to walk up to the 2nd floor. The back hallway is a common hallway shared with the 1st floor tenant.
- No Smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Use the waste receptacle provided.
- No vaping inside the home.
- No shoes in the house. Remove them at the door upon entering. Shoe rack is provided. House shoes/slippers are allowed.
-No parties. We have exterior security cameras and if we see more guests than you booked for, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee.
- No pets. We have exterior security cameras and if we see a pet, you will be charged a minimum $200 excessive cleaning fee.
- Check-out is at 11am. If you stay later, you will be fined $50 per hour if you stay past 11am. Our cleaning teams arrive at 11 am because we have new guests arriving at 3pm. They need enough time to thoroughly clean the home.
