„Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But ...

„Lovely hostess who quickly fixed the front lock when it stuck. Large and beautifully equipped apartment with photos of local birds on the walls. Only a couple of blocks walk to the local restaurant, The Island Cafe, with good food and delicious Key Lime Pie. An excellent and central location for exploring the Everglades. We were sorry when our three days were up. Would happily stay at Rebecca’s again.“

„This was our first time staying on Goodland. This home was super clean, well managed and had everything we could need. Beds were super comfortable. The tiny screened in porch was nice to be outside without bugs! We rented kayaks and took them out each morning to go check out the surrounding islands. Would definitely stay here again.“

„We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. We rented a boat (from Dolphin Cove Marina) so made great use of the dock. We brought our dog which is always nice when possible. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance which is something I personally love. The house was also exceptionally clean when we arrived. “

„This property is wonderful! From the location, to the amazing amenities. You do not have to bring anything besides your clothes and food. There was an abundance of towels, dishes, silverware, coffee, cream, sugar, they even have disposable aluminum pans! They thought of everything! They even have a goodie bowl of candy when you walk in! We will definitely stay here again. Even the neighbors were wonderful! We caught crabs off the back dock, sat on the screened in porch and watched the sunset, ...

„Perfect location and a great setup for friends to gather. Central to Everglades City with views of the river and the Rod and Gun Club, this house has a great setup for relaxing on the deck to watch a sunset after a day of fishing. “
