As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the huge, open-concept, great room with soaring 30ft ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 75” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious patio with big views of the mountains, gas BBQ station, and a large private hot tub. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the great outdoors when staying at this home.

Sunset View Lodge is perched on a hill overlooking the mountains in the heart of Suncadia Resort. This premium location offers a short walk to many of Suncadia’s most popular amenities, including Prospector Golf, The Inn, The Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Ice Skating, Bike Rentals, Driving Range, The Stovehouse, and Source Plates and Pours.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide everything you will need for feeding a large groups. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, double ovens, 6-burner gas cooktop, wet bar, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 10 to 12 comfortably.

The whole family will enjoy the fantastic theater room that boasts a 9 foot screen, 8 leather loungers, and surround-sound.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. It is supported by a full guest bath just outside the bedroom door that features a large walk-in tile shower.
* The 1st upper floor master suite features a king bed, smart TV, balcony with mountain views, and an attached private bath with a tile shower.
* The 2nd upper floor master suite features a king bed, desk and chair, smart TV, balcony with mountain views, and an attached private bath with a tile shower.
* The upper floor guest bedroom features a king bed and a smart TV.
*The upper floor bunk room is furnished with two sets of twin over twin bunks. The guest bedroom and bunk room are supported by a guest bath that features a tub/shower combo.
* The lower floor guest bedroom features a king bed and a smart TV. It is supported by a full bath just outside the bedroom door.
* The lower floor guest bunkroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk, and a full over a full bunk. There is a full guest bath just outside the bunk room door.
