This 2BR, full bath w/living room & kitchenette suite is a second floor walk-up with individual, guest-controlled HVAC system with a new filter installed for each guest stay. Great Location in Tremont
This property was perfect for a family weekend in Tremont. We were able to walk everywhere. The unit provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We were treated to coffee and treats for our dog. The private parking area was a nice bonus. The owners were lovely and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay at a great property. We would definitely stay here again.

This was in the historical Tremont section of Cleveland, and our room was the "fragile" room in honor of The Christmas Story movie. The area was safe and great for walking our big dogs. The apartment was so cute and so convenient. Highly recommend.

Very cute house. It was a little small for 4 large adults but we were all very cozy. Lovely neighborhood. We took my dog to the park even late at night and it was delightful. Needed extra trash bags from the host and they delivered them very quickly. All in all was a lovely stay

Great location
Visiting family in Cleveland. This location was perfect to walk to morning breakfast and evening bar/food. Easy to drive in the area less than 10 minutes to daily activities. We had our dog with us and there was ample area in the rear alley for her to do her business. Owner provided poop bags and treats too. Would definitely stay here again.

Tammy and Frank are awesome! They are there if you need them but also give you the privacy to enjoy your time. The suite is so dope! Super clean! Patio was awesome, the gardens and private drive in the back was perfect for our Chewy. The Fragile suite is a definite must! Super cute and neat! Overslept on checkout day bc the beds and pillows are that comfy! If your looking for a place thats in a hip neighborhood with awesome hosts and an outside are to enjoy STOP! We enjoyed our visit to the Tremont Guest House. The suite was exactly as pictured in all the photos. The host Tammy greeted us warmly and reviewed amenities of the suite. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, cleanliness five stars. The Tremont area is well worth exploring. Location convenient for some of the best of Cleveland must sees. Would definitely would reserve this VRBO again.

Great getaway
My family visited Cleveland and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and stayed for 2 nights. Tammy and Frank were great! Met us on arrival and were very attentive to any of our needs. Fragile Suite was cutely decorated, very, very clean and had everything we needed. Area was quiet and perfectly away from the city hustle and bustle. Check in and check out was a breeze. A Gem in Tremont
We stayed in the Fragile suite on our recent visit to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Not only was it a short drive from the museums, but it was an unexpected treat to explore the neighborhood of Tremont, its walkability, history, restaurants and shops. Darling suite
The Fra-gee-lay suite is fantastic! Little treats include leg lamp magnets, rich chocolaty Ovaltine and other surprises. The 2 flights of stairs are wide and sturdy, an easy rise if mobility is a concern. The clawfoot tub and rainshower are wonderful. The neighborhood is outstanding. Quiet, trendy and spectator food choices. Tammy and Frank were so kind and attentive when I misunderstood the parking arrangement. The garden provides a quiet retreat to enjoy some nature time. We'll definitely be back.

Fragile suite was a great place to stay during our visit to Cleveland. A short walk to restaurants and bars in Tremont and a quick drive to downtown. Lots of beautiful old churches in the area. It was nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast and in the evening. The suite had everything we needed. Good communication from the hosts.

The property was a perfect size for the two of us (also had a second bedroom we didn't use), had all the basics needed, and the location was very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The owners were very friendly and responsive. Shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Kitchen included coffee from a local coffee shop. Would stay here again.

Clean and cozy!
My husband and I stayed at this adorable apartment for a week between Christmas and New Years and it was perfect in every way. We were within walking distance of the park and many restaurants. Downtown and sports stadiums were just a short drive away. Tammy was so friendly and so helpful - it was like staying with family. The apartment was very clean and quiet. Everything was just as described. The kitchenette was very functional and we were able to prepare breakfast each day along with a few dinners. So delightful and we can't wait to return!

Great little place to stay. Very clean. They had subtle themes to A Christmas Story which was cute. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown and other places. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling alone or up to 3 people. Any more than that and it will be too small.

This stay was amazing and exactly as listed! The hosts were so very thoughtful. They communicated the check in/check out process clearly so we had no issues getting in or out and all of their recommendations in the Tremont area were spot on.
