- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- A pasture on the property may have two horses, which are owned and cared for by a neighbor. These horses are old and very gentle. Guests are not allowed to feed or pet them.
- Chianti is well-equipped for remote working, with Starlink satellite internet and a fast EERO mesh wifi network that covers every part of the house, including the playbarn.
- Rest assured that PG&E outages will not affect your stay: Heat in the winter, Air conditioning in the summer, Wifi, and all other amenities are backed up with double whole-house backup systems.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Beautiful Newly Remodeled Home & Property
We had such a fabulous weekend there! The house is gorgeous, clean, newly remodeled, with tons of amenities. We love to cook & do family dinners & the kitchen was fabulous & fully equipped. Swam in the pool, went in the hot tub & played family games surrounded by natures beauty in all directions. Would highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful home
Beautiful home in Cloverdale, which allowed us to fully relax. A few things to note: 1. Cleaning was sub-par - there was a dirty sponge by the kitchen, the towels were in the washer and had to be dried and folded, and a lot of cleaning issues around the home, which was not great. There was also animal excrement in the play barn, which should have been checked before we came. BBQ grill looked like it had never been cleaned before, and we spent an hour cleaning the grill before we could use it. 2. Pool is really tiny, which overheats very quickly and not useable during the day. Otherwise, living spaces were comfortable, airy and large. Air conditioning was well done throughout the house. Pickleball court and Bocce court was well done, as well as the fire pit outside. Overall, great stay despite the cleaning issues.

Gorgeous property
We had a wonderful stay. The home and the property are gorgeous. It is exactly as it’s pictured. The outdoor spaces, including the games in the barn were a great addition to our stay. Everything was thoughtfully labeled and a helpful book walked us through everything we needed to know. There was great communication with the host and we felt like we had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend.
