Die Little Bear Lodge ist ein süßer kleiner privater Rückzugsort am Long Lake zwischen Turtle Lake, Wisconsin und Cumberland, WI. Schlaf 4-6. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und Küchenbereich, und das Obergeschoss Loft verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten. Die Couch kann zu einem zusätzlichen Queensize-Bett ausgeklappt werden, und Vorhänge können dieses zusätzliche Schlafviertel verschließen. Trinken Sie Ihren Kaffee auf dem Vorderdeck und genießen Sie die natürliche Umgebung. Keine Nachbarn außer über den See in Sicht! Angeln und Spaß am See im Sommer sowie jede Menge Schneemobil- und ATV-Strecken direkt an der Unterkunft. Versuchen Sie es mit Stand-Up-Paddleboarding oder entspannen Sie einfach am Dock. Wir haben Satelliten-Internet (alles, was am entfernten Standort verfügbar ist), aber es ist nicht 100% zuverlässig. Wir tun unser Bestes, um es am Laufen zu halten, aber wir können das Internet einfach nicht versprechen. Das ganze Jahr über Spaß!

Perfectly secluded with everything you need!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin really does have everything- down to filters for the coffee pot. The TV is a smart TV, so all streaming services are also available. Stayed nice and warm with the gas stove. As others have said, no reason to venture out into the “real world.” The trails are exceptionally well maintained. Groceries are about 15 minutes away. The one note I would add is that if you are driving a full sized truck, the driveway is narrow, kinda twisty, and long…ie you NEED to be comfortable backing your full sized truck to (or away from) the cabin because there really isn’t room to turn around. Just a note for people who may not be comfortable with that. Stephanie was AMAZING. Kind and responsive to our needs.

Another great stay!
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here with our two dogs and we will definitely be back again! We love this little cabin- there’s lots to do but this time we mostly stayed inside or in the hot tub where we could stay plenty warm and unplug from our busy lives for a few days.

Perfect getaway for me, my husband and our dogs
My husband and I can’t say enough good things about this place! We’re already thinking about trying to book it in the fall. We loved disconnecting from the world and connecting with nature here- there was so much wildlife and it was just so peaceful. The dogs loved running through the woods, hiking, swimming and “helping” us fish- they were exhausted at the end of each day! The cabin is absolutely perfect and is what a cabin should be: simple yet completely comfortable. The design of the cabin, intimate size, comfy beds, cozy furniture, hot tub, outdoor shower, hammock, fire pit and other amenities were everything we could have wanted in a cabin getaway. We caught a lot of fish just from the dock but also enjoyed using the boats to explore the lake and fish in other areas. We are already recommending this place to our friends! We don’t have kids but it seemed like there were a lot of fun things for kids there. But if you’re a couple just looking to spend quality time with each other while unplugging and enjoying solitude then definitely rent this cabin for a long weekend!

A family tradition!
This is our second (of hopefully many) years at Lil Bear cabin! It’s like traveling back in time and enjoying the slow-living lifestyle I try to produce in our city life: Fishing, kayaking, walks in the woods, cooking over a campfire, canoeing, bird watching, roasting s’mores, reading by the lake…It’s all there. Fantastic time
This was a much needed escape for our family. Property was as described and had many amenities and nice touches. Games and books well stocked, lake area was clean, lots of available firewood. The A/C was nice for sleeping during humid nights. Beds were very comfortable! Thanks again.

Beautiful Memories at a Beautiful Cabin!
The cabin is gorgeous. Decorated nicely, and super clean! All the perks of a rustic stay with creature comforts like a great a/c unit and a keurig. While it’s tempting to just stay in the comfy cozy cabin all day, the outdoors will call you. The boats are well kept, fresh firewood that burnt amazing, and clean lifejackets. Fishing was fun! The kids were able to catch small fish (not big enough to keep) and we caught a catfish. Saw lots of loons and a pregnant deer across the water. I cannot say enough good things about this cabin or the owner! She was consistent with communication before, during, and after the stay. We will definitely return in the future!!

Great cabin for relaxing
We always a have great stay at Little Bear Lodge. Stephanie, the owner is responsive to all concerns. Everything needed is within a few miles(grocery, cheese, meats, antiques, casino), but feels so secluded. We caught a lot of fish and always enjoy this quiet lake. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Perfect getaway!
Little Bear Lodge is a rare find! We loved our stay here! The cabin is adorable and the location can’t be beat. The inside is clean and cozy and the outside is very private and picture perfect. We loved having easy access to the lake with plenty of toys provided to keep the kids entertained (kayaks, paddle boat, paddle boards), a fire pit for s’mores, a hammock to relax in, a grill, and plenty of places to just sit and enjoy nature. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay and hope to come back again in the future!

Great getaway!
Very secluded, you are literally surrounded by trees. We didn’t see any neighbors just a few boats that went by. The lake is beautiful - nice and calm. Perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding (just the right size). The hammock was very relaxing. The dogs loved running around and swimming - they were wiped out everyday. I was concerned about mosquitoes ticks but we found out the owners had sprayed and we didn’t see any- which was a huge relief. I recommend checking out Cumberland (it’s a short drive) they have a couple cute coffee shops, a bakery, a butcher shop, and restaurants. Also, check out the County Line Tavern (just down the road from the cabin) - great food and drinks plus they have an outdoor bar/patio with live music some nights. The cabin was clean and comfy- loved that it had 2 bathrooms. We spent most of our time outside- it was too nice to be inside. I would highly recommend, especially if you’re looking to disconnect and relax. Our dogs absolutely loved it- win win!

Cozy cabin has everything you need
The cabin was perfect for a relaxing stay. It was cozy, quiet and comfortable. We used the canoe, kayaks and paddle board and had fun with them all. The kitchen is well stocked and we easily cooked meals. The AC kept everything cool! Also, don’t miss Roots coffee shop in Cumberland - the scones are amazing!

Nice cozy cabin.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cabin - it had everything we needed and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. Having internet access was definitely a plus; however, I would have appreciated if the VRBO listed had articulated that live streaming was discouraged due to data limitations. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lake life!
My family of 5 with small pup thoroughly enjoyed our time in this updated cabin. The location can’t be beat and we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the lake with the provided amenities. The cabin is quaint and kept our family in close proximity which was nice to say with a teen! Expect clean and comfortable. Stephanie’s communication was excellent. This small cabin in the woods is always peaceful and restful. No noise from neighbors and little boat traffic. This was our fifth trip to Little Bear, and it never disappoints. Plenty to do in the surrounding small towns and there is excellent fishing in Long Lake. We have already booked for 2023. Stephanie is always responsive and helpful.
