Come stay in comfort at Sunrise Cottage and enjoy all that Lake Milton has to offer. This lake is perfect for fishing, swimming, tubing, and waterskiing. Guests are encouraged to visit local restaurants, wineries, brewery, and golf courses and with area grocery stores, creameries and even a local pharmacy Lake Milton will soon be your home away from home.

Sunrise Cottage is a perfect lakeside getaway to be enjoyed with family and friends. This 3 bedroom home features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 1 bunk bed + trundle bed and will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 3 children.

The spacious kitchen boasts all of the comforts of home including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, mixer, water filtration pitcher, cookware, utensils, etc.

Two relaxing family rooms with smart TV’s will allow you to connect to your own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon, etc.). Wi-Fi is also available for use on your own devices during your stay. If you’d like to have fun the old fashioned way, the cottage is also stocked with plenty of board games!

You can beat the heat with ice-cold central air, or enjoy the great outdoors on the spacious patio, porch or while spending time around the fire ring or at the dock! Charcoal and gas grills are both available for those who love to cook outdoors.

BYOB – Bring Your Own Boat! Private dock space is available across the street from rental. There’s plenty of room to park vehicles, trailers, etc. as well. Directly across the street is access to Lake Milton’s public boat ramp for easy access to all this beautiful (unlimited horsepower) lake has to offer. Nearby Lake Milton State Park also offers boat / jet-ski rentals, volleyball and basketball courts and a well-maintained beach. We do supply two kayaks and a couple adult life jackets for you to use during your time here. If you would need a child's life vest we ask that you please bring that with you.

Additional amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and linens so you can make yourselves right at home. We do not allow pets or smoking and guests will not have access to the garage or basement.

Cute and Cozy
We Loved the house. Your flowers on the front porch were beautiful. The separate living room and family room worked perfect for us. The girls took to the family room and loved the bean bag chairs. The kitchen was clean!! Really clean!! The bathroom was well stocked. The beds were clean and comfortable. We didn't get to use the fire area, it looked really nice. The host,April, was very easy to work with and checked to make sure everything was okay after check in. We would stay again if ever in the area. Thanks

Nice place friendly owner right next door
this house was honestly way cooler than the pictures make it seem. Owners were right next door and met me when I arrived. Very nice people. Overall very happy with stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Family weekend
We were in Youngstown for our sons OAC wrestling tournament and wanted to stay somewhere other than a hotel. This rental was perfect. You could tell this couple truly knows the meaning of hospitality. Would recommend this place 1000 times over. Boys tried to fish but it started snowing LOL beautiful rental and area. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Sweet Retreat!
We stayed here for a long weekend to visit family nearby. The house is so clean, so cute and the view is amazing. We brought our 82 year old Mom with us and she loved everything about it. April and Tim have a knack for hosting and going above and beyond. It will be the first place we look to book anytime we are in the area.

Sunrise Cottage met all of our needs and beyond. The owners had everything ready for our stay with a lot of attention to detail. Great home base for our visit
We were in town to visit family and this have us a great home base between family outings. Quick drive to Craig Beach where the kids played for hours. Beds were comfortable, house clean and cozy. We definitely want to stay here again when we come back next.

Great location directly across from boat launch.
Tim and Aprils place was very clean and plenty of towels and paper supplies. We appreciated the washer and dryer for beach towels. They left us a snack basket with chips and granola bars. Great private backyard with a huge fire pit marshmallow forks and thanks so much for lots of firewood. The grandkids came to visit and had plenty of room to run. The location is directly across from the boat launch and the dock we opted for was so convenient to leave our boat for the weekend. We would love to return. We truly appreciate the early check in as it was hot and muggy outside and we had a car full of groceries. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We had another wonderful stay at this beautiful home! This was our second time staying and we are ready to plan our next trip. We loved being close to the boat launch and lake. We rented the dock for the week as well which made our days on the pontoon boat fun and easy. The house has everything we could have ever needed! We cooked many meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Our kids loved the back TV room area and their cool bunk bed room. We had a great week and look forward to coming back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

4 Days On the Lake
It is probably the cleanest property we've ever rented. The amount of dishes, pots and pans, silverware, and utensils was excellent as was the stove and refrigerator. The inside of the cottage was beautifully decorated It was very well done. The outside of the house and garage could use some work and I am sure that is something you're planning to do in the future. I understand that you can't do everything at once. Since my wife and I are in our early 70's, we could have really used a couple grab railings in that very deep bathtub and a non-slip mat inside the tub. The small rug when you get out of the tub was slippery on the laminate floor. A stiffer mattress would have been better on our backs also. All in all, it is a very nice place and we thank you for letting us stay for the better part of a week. Another suggestion --- consider adding a cottage diary to your coffee table. Places to go, things to do, and things to see could be passed on to others who will be staying there. I always try to be truly helpful to the owners when my opinion is solicited.

Wonderful time!!
Our family had a wonderful time throughout our stay. The weather was definitely in our favor which added to the entire lakeside experience. The house was thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped for a family stay. Our boys enjoyed fishing and the the large back yard with an awesome firepiit!! Tim and April were very accommodating and the perfect hosts of this adorable lakeside retreat. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.
