Peaceful family weekend
Great location and nicely done vacation rental. All the comforts of home packed into a beautifully remodeled rental. This was my family's 1st trip to Crystal River and we will definitely be back & will look no further for places to stay then one of Kristen's properties when we do!

Absolutely beautiful property. Very peaceful, quiet, and most of all relaxing. Decorated wonderfully. Felt very comfortable and homey. Had everything we needed! It really makes all the difference to get on vacation and not have to worry about the small details. Highly recommend!

Swimming with Manatees
The home’s location was perfect! Within 2 miles of activities, church, and restaurants—couldn’t have asked for more. On another note, we would have preferred firmer mattresses and sofa. The home had everything needed except soaps, but we were prepared. Although we washed and dried all towels before leaving, it was necessary to use washcloths to wash faces in the morning without drying. We loved the decor of the home, especially the shiplap, and the price was more than reasonable. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you.

Beautiful Inside
I will start by saying this home is newly renovated!! Everything is SUPER nice inside. The beds are huge and soft and very comfortable. The backyard is private and cozy. The kitchen is so nice I took pics to redo my kitchen with the same boarding and shelving. This is my first experience with VRBO and it was a success!! I was a little nervous about checking in and how that worked but communication was flawless and I was provided with anything I would need to know way in advance. Kristen and I stayed in touch for months and she was so nice. She left me brochures and gave me tips on where to eat. The only downfall is the actual neighborhood. When we pulled in people were outside yelling at each other and fussing. Interesting, but no big deal. When we got home from eating out the last night, a different neighbor was outside on his phone yelling at someone about having a gun put in his face. This is no fault of the owner. Just kinda sketchy neighbors in the cul de sac area. Once we went inside, you couldn’t hear any of that. No one messed with our stuff or bothered us at all. We sat out back in the fenced in yard and didn’t feel concerned at all. I would definitely go back, Kristen was a terrific host and the house is lovely and it’s super easy to get around. We really enjoyed ourselves and I would totally go back.

Charming Hide-away
This review is for the Pink Palm in Ozello. This is a beautiful spot way out in the keys, very secluded & quiet. Equipped with everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Comfortable bed & updated bath. The best spot was the huge, furnished balcony overlooking the creek - so tranquil. And the host was fabulous, prompt responses & very accommodating to our needs. Thank you!

Fishing and Scalloping getaway
Kristen was great with communication & we asked permission to use the side gate to back our boat in but ended up parking in front of the property even with having a full size 4door truck & 28ft trailer/boat. Our friends also had plenty of parking with their SUV. Close to Fort Island trail public boat ramp. We had a great trip and plan on returning in the future.

Home was clean and comfortable. We are golfers and this house is just minutes from Plantation Golf Course. Three Sisters springs is a great place to see Manatees and is also minutes away. Many good restaurants in the area. Would stay again!

Cozy & convenient to swim with the Manatees!
Had a great stay for spring break with my two teens. Kristen is a fantastic host! House is clean & cozy. Beds were very comfortable & house had what we needed. Neighborhood is a bit run down but we felt safe. 5 minute drive to town for restaurants and manatee tour meet up. Less than 15 min drive to Fort Island Beach for spectacular sunsets!

We enjoyed our stay there. The house has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation (but no shampoo/body soap). The washer and drier came in handy after Manatee dive and be able to wash the swim suits and clothes. The house is a single story duplex. The location is in the residential area and not in the resort setting. Conveniently located to many tourist spots within minutes, the grocery store and restaurants if you need to cook or dine.

Very nice for a family getaway
This property was great for a family weekend. My parents, myself, and my two children, ages 18 and 20 stayed. This house was very clean and very well stocked with everything! We were very close to all restaurants and any water activities. The check in process was so easy and Kristen was very accessible if we needed her. I only asked her about checking in and what the process was to check out and she got back with me right away. We didn't need anything once we got there. Great place and would definitely go there again and would recommend to anyone.
