Sky Valley's lakeside setting offers a unique, park-like experience, complete with a sandy beach, a designated swimming area, a catch-and-release pond, and quiet gravel roads perfect for walking or biking. Spend your days surrounded by nature—relaxing among the trees, kayaking, fishing, or enjoying a lakeside picnic. In the evening, unwind in the lower-level game room, gather around the firepit under the stars, or soak in your private hot tub.

This cozy, three-level rustic retreat features a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, or take your culinary skills outdoors and grill on the spacious deck. The deck also boasts a propane fireplace and comfortable seating, perfect for dining and relaxing among the woods. Tucked away near the end of a quiet, non-through street, this home offers families a peaceful setting and a sense of seclusion, just a ¾-mile drive or walk to beach access. Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed to complement the natural surroundings, with large picture windows that fill the space with filtered sunlight and offer views of towering trees and possible wildlife sightings. The rooms are adorned with tasteful pine trim, providing a warm, forest-inspired ambiance.

Please note: firewood may not be guaranteed, 4WD is required during the winter months, and the community roads have a strict 15 MPH speed limit to ensure safety.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
