„We had to moved out from the house we rented due to its proximity and location and we found this listing online. We’ve stayed at this condo before, but it was on a different building. The property owner forgot to mentioned one of the important details such as local contact person prior to check-in. The unit was very small, the kitchen was tiny and only one kitchen knife available (definitely needs more set). You have to move the microwave every time you want to use it. „The owner is really accommodating. The parking is not free though. If you have a car. You have to pay extra per day for the parking fee inside the condo unit. Other than that, everything else is good. The unit is a walking distance to the convenience stores and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes drive to Gaisano Mall. Major banks is everywhere. There’s a money changer across the road. Overall, I love the place and the location.“
