Family-friendly 10th floor condo in the desirable Sanibel Condo. You will enjoy the amazing Atlantic Ocean views and the stunning sunsets over the Halifax River from the large balcony's 180-degree views. This building is ON THE BEACH, 10th floor, with excellent beach access and great views. its SMOKE / VAPE FREE BUILDING and very family friendly in excellent condition, in and out.

Thanks for looking at our Beach Happy Place. This is our condo, not a chain hotel owned by far away investors. We have put our pride of ownership into offering this to you on Airbnb: you can see it in the pictures and will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a plain old run-down beach place, please look somewhere else. We hope and expect our renters to take very good care of our home as if it was their own. If you cannot do that, please continue your search. We recently had tenants that smoked marijuana in it, trashed up the floor, took a pillow, broke a window shade, stained the carpet, and pretty much abused our generosity. I am sorry for ranting but please understand this is our home.

Did I mention this is on the 10th floor? Nearly one of the highest views in the area, with a great line of sight for miles on end! Look at all the pictures, they show exactly what you will see when you get there!

This is where you need to be, the entire 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo and the amazing ocean and beach are here for your enjoyment. Inside, all of the amenities of a beach home await you in this 1,706 square foot retreat (191.5 square meters). Make no mistake, this is a very good size condo with large rooms, 9' ceilings; amenities not normally found in beach condos.

Three full size bedrooms, two full baths, fully outfitted kitchen, dining seating for six, and a very comfortable living area including a large screen smart TV, large balcony, and those amazing ocean views from the 10th floor balcony. All three bedrooms are well appointed with new furniture and bedding that includes a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second, and two full beds in the third; in addition, all of the bedrooms have their own TVs and ceiling fans.

Uniquely, this split floor plan offers privacy for the master bedroom as the main living areas separate it and the in-suite bath (with a soaking tub, walk in shower, and double bowl vanity) from the other two bedrooms and bath. The master also has direct balcony access through the 12‘ patio door, leading to that incredible ten-mile unobstructed view of the beach, ocean, and Halifax River as you sip your morning coffee or evening wine, its great!

Step right outside the building and you are immediately on the soft warm sand of the Atlantic coastline. You have direct beach and ocean access at one of the few open beach entry points in Daytona Beach Shores. Unlike many of the other buildings that no longer have their beach stairs, you will not have to walk endlessly to get to the sand. Be sure to ask about how you get to the beach if you look at other properties. Sanibel is an eleven-story residential complex with 65 units located directly on the beach where the “no drive” beach begins, affording you the option of beach play without the hustle and bustle of cars driving up and down the sand. Sanibel is just a few minutes’ drive south of Dayton Beach proper and provides for a very relaxing stay as the tempo is more laid back, provides a perfect balance for that family getaway, yet is close enough to Daytona and all the sights, sounds, and activities there.

Just prior to checking, you will be provided your unique access code to unlock the unit's door so there is no key to worry about keeping track of. Take the elevator down from the 10th floor to the garage level and you are on the beach in a matter of moments, all without traversing any stairs. Perfect for the strollers, carts, and wheeled coolers you will need for your time in the sand.

Please note: We have a jacuzzi jet tub in the Master Bath and if you fill it for use, you will use most of the hot water in the unit's water heater so plan appropriately.

This unit is in fantastic condition, we do premium cleaning after each guest to ensure it is ready for you and your guests.

As our guests, all the Sanibel amenities are available to you, including one assigned underground parking space, free high-speed internet, outdoor gas BBQ grills, fitness room, easy beach access, and social gathering room with a pool table are all available for your use and pleasure. A second open parking space is available on the front parking deck on a first come first serve basis; a second parking spot on premise is not guaranteed. Please note.

With the beach only footsteps away, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, and kid’s beach toys for your use during your stay. Don’t forget, there is in-unit washer and dryer should you pack lightly and need your clothes refreshed.

Orlando and the theme parks are a short 90 minutes away.

Rocket Launches from the Kennedy Space Center can be viewed from the balcony, just look south at launch time.
