„Lovely cottage. There was a smell of damp upon entering the bedrooms although this did mostly dissipate except for the master en-suite. The beds were very comfy and it’s a lovely peaceful location opposite the church. The kitchen is rather small but it’s workable. We had trouble getting the TV freesat to work but the property manager was very helpful over the phone. Overall we had a very nice stay there.“

„We have had a great week. Our first stay at Woodbridge and we really enjoyed being able to leave the car and walk into town for supplies and meals out. Fab walks and trips to various places along the Suffolk coast...Minsmere, Aldeburgh, Thorpness, Orford as well as river walk in Woodbridge. We found the house comfortable, with enough pots and pans etc...for our needs. Upstairs bathroom was a little unusual but it worked! Some proper wine glasses needed.“

„I had a wonderful stay at the Little House, would definitely stay again! The place was so cosy and warm when I arrived, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. For me, the only downside was the size of the bathroom (not ideal for a tall person!) and a couple of stray hairs in the bed and makeup stain on one of the towels.“

„The property was perfectly placed in Aldburgh and had everything you would expect and need for a short stay. Our only critique is that the property is now looking really tired and the owners should think about redecorating, especially the bathrooms. Seeing the endless number of holiday rentals available in Aldburgh I dont think we'd stay again if returning.“

„Generally the property was in good order. Unfortunately the garden areas are not well maintained and this detracts from the overall look of the property. The location is ideal for visiting Aldeburgh and the surrounding area. Basic essentials are somewhat lacking and one or two maintenance issues.“

„This is a very quite and well kept location. It took a day or so to figure out the heating system but after that it was great. The place was clean and there was lots of hot water for showers. “

„The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds, ...
