Kick back and relax at Bramley Mountain Cabin. This stylish and peaceful 3 bedroom home is perfectly located in a private rural area but is close to popular towns, shops, restaurants and activities.

Welcome to Bramley Mountain Cabin, a cozy retreat located on a rural country road and surrounded by nature. The popular towns of Delhi and Bovina Center are only minutes away where you will find quaint shops, enticing restaurants and necessities. Area attractions like skiing are within a half hour and hikers - the popular Bramley Mountain Trail is only .8 miles away!

This ranch style home has an open, airy feel with ceiling high windows in the main living area letting in plenty of natural light. A spacious foyer with ample room for storing coats and shoes also has a laundry area for the utmost convenience. An open concept great room with vaulted ceiling, wood stove, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and cozy living room will be where you spend most of your time. French doors lead out onto the expansive wrap around deck. Look out over the orchard where you might find deer nibbling on apples in the early morning. 11 acres of privacy and fresh air are yours to enjoy.

On the right side of the house, the bedrooms are conveniently placed away from the living area. Sleep in late while the rest of the group makes breakfast, or put the kids to bed early and enjoy an evening of adult fun around the fire.

Bedroom 1 has a closet, 2 twin beds and a nightstand.
Bedroom 2 has a closet, dresser, nightstands and queen bed.
There is a full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo.

The primary suite is luxurious and inviting. With a plush king sized bed, vaulted ceiling, ample walk in closet, dresser, nightstands and TV, it's the bedroom of your dreams. The spa-like en suite has a glass enclosed shower, bidet and soaking tub with views of the countryside.

Two additional guests are allowed, bringing the total number of guests to 8. An air mattress and linens are provided. Additional guest fees apply.

Downstairs you'll find an immense TV room with a large sectional sofa, soft carpet and a 70" smart TV where you can stream your favorite movies and shows.

Outside, the property offers grassy lawn, an apple orchard and both grassy and wooded areas. Whether you're having a picnic on a warm summer day, laying on a blanket in the shade reading a book, or building a snowman in the winter, you have all the space and tranquility you desire.

Guests have access to the house with the exception of the basement utility area, outbuildings and any locked closets.

Hosts live nearby and area available as needed.

Bramley Mountain Cabin is located in the popular vacation destination area Delaware County. Nearby towns include Delhi, Bovina Center, Andes, Hobart, Cooperstown, Oneonta, Margaretville and Franklin.

This is a true 4 season area. In the winter ski or snowboard at Belleayre Ski Center (31.6 miles), Plattekill Mountain (21.8 miles), Hunter Mountain (45.8 miles) and Windham (41 miles).

Spring is fishing season and there are plenty of public fishing streams and lakes in the area. Watch nature come back to life as the tree's and flowers begin to blossom.

Summer there is so much to do, something for everyone in your group. Hiking, biking, boating, antiquing, farmers markets, fairs and more. There are numerous wedding and party venues in the area (distances listed below) as well.

Fall is the place to be in the Catskills. Farmers Markets are bursting with bounty, pumpkin and apple picking, fall festivals and leaf peeping. Days are sunny and the air crisp, you will fall in love!

A vehicle is necessary to get around. There is no or limited Uber or transportation services in the area.

In the winter months when snow is likely (October through April) AWD or 4WD is recommended along with all weather or snow tires with good tread.

A dog is allowed with prior approval and fee. Sorry, no cats! I know, we love them too but too many of our guests have allergies.

No events, parties or gathering. Only the number of people on the reservation should be at the house without host approval.

No smoking or vaping inside! Smoking is allowed outside with proper disposal.

No fireworks, firearms, hunting, ATV's.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Check-In and Check-Out: Plan your travel on our listed 4PM arrival and 11AM departure times. Changes in times may be available for an additional fee if possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice for requests, last minute requests may not be possible as cleaning and service schedules are planned in advance.

Only the number of guests on the reservation should be at the house. Please notify host of any daytime guests.

No hunting, fireworks, firearms, ATV's or snowmobiles used or ridden on the property.
