Just 1 block to Lakewood Park where you can enjoy tons of activities like tennis, volleyball, basketball, a playground for the kids, outdoor picnic tables or just enjoy an evening stroll. Red Rocks Experience
We stayed here for a long weekend to see a couple of shows at red rocks and 10/10 would stay again! Such a cute place to stay, quiet and peaceful with quick access to the highway. Will recommend do anyone traveling who wants some quiet time away from downtown.

Perfect stay!
In a nutshell, our stay met and exceeded our expectations! The location was in a very safe-feeling neighborhood near many good restaurants. The unit was extremely clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The bed was so comfy - no problem falling asleep after long flights - and the shower had very good water pressure. All in all, a very perfect stay!

Great home away from home
We came out to visit our son who lives in Lakewood. This place was 5 min away from him and had easy access to everything. Super cute, super clean and super comfortable! The perfect place to recharge or have a lazy morning. The balcony was a great place to sit with morning coffee or tea. We could not recommend this place enough. We did meet the owner the second day we were there and he was really nice and gave us some tips and said we were welcome to knock if we had any issues. He respected our privacy and we didn’t really see or hear from him after that.

Don’t pass up
We absolutely loved our stay here! Property was VERY clean, in a quiet neighborhood and close to where we needed to go. Loved the kitchen - fully stocked with even some spices and cooking spray along with pots and pans and plastic containers. We did eat in and it was probably one of the first places we stayed at with a well stocked kitchen. Even had a blender. everything we needed from dish soap to Aveda shampoo was there. Plenty of towels and linens. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Property mgr easy to deal with and responsive. We had no issues. Would def stay here again!!!

Colorado Carriage House.
This ABNB is absolutely one of the nicest places we have stayed! It goes above what we ever expected with kitchen, laundry & bathroom supplies! We have told our son to recommend this to all their friends visiting! If his basement isn’t completed when we return, we will book again! Thank you for letting us stay in such a nice place!

Quiet, clean & updated
I was visiting Colorado by myself to see my son. Being alone in a strange place felt totally safe and comfortable! The rental was a total surprise as I entered. It was a lot larger than I expected. Newly renovated and updated perfectly. The kitchen & bathroom had lots of supplies and I didn’t need to buy anything. The bed & bedding was very comfortable! On the second day I discovered all the tile in the kitchen & bathroom is heated- controls on the wall that I just overlooked. It was great for the cold Colorado mornings. The neighborhood is very cute & I felt totally safe. There were just a couple trouble spots- nothings perfect- The covered balcony really was great but it’s not screened and there was a wasp problem. My son gave me wasp spray I had to keep out there but there were shades to pull down so that helped. The TV in the bedroom was an issue. It a Roku tv and one of the APPS -just happens it was the APP I was currently in the middle of watching from home- wouldn’t work without a code. I’m proficient in the technology & couldn’t figure it out. It ended up just casting my iPad to the TV. I did contact the manager but they just said I shouldn’t need a code. It wasn’t too much of a problem since I could just cast. Also note- In the kitchen the range hood above the stove is large I hit my head on it a couple times. The corner point on it really hurt & there’s no dishwasher. Overall I’d stay again!

Home was very comfortable, clean. Bedding was so comfortable I wish I could take it home! Neighborhood was quiet. Briefly met homeowner and was very nice & helpful. Will def stay again in future. Was a great location for us for activities west of Denver.
