„The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up. We did not let that ruin our stay and you shouldn’t either. Communicating with the owner was great. She is friendly and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Washington ...

„It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed.“

„The property is an only room apartment with an en-suite bathroom and another toilet. Enclosed dining room with French windows has a bed and has been called another room. There’s no proper ventilation in that room and it doesn’t block street light well so it’s hard to sleep in that room. There’s no communal bathroom. Everyone would need to go through the bedroom of the master bedroom occupant to get to the en-suite shower which is a huge nuisance to all and is against American building code. TV ...

„My wife, son and I needed a quick getaway Easter weekend and this was perfect. Then property is in Dupont Circle steps away from the sprawling Sunday Farmers Market and location to great food and bars, all within walking distance. The property was as described, clean, spacious and quiet.“

„The house was stunning and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. We used the roof-top deck every evening. It was a steep step to get onto the roof, but if you're already climbing the three levels of stairs to get there you're going to be okay. Communication with the manager May was excellent; she's very nice to work with. The neighborhood was up-and-coming with a lot of construction but seemed very safe. It was too hot to walk to major attractions so we Lyfted our way around town. ...
