„Our 3 night stay at Elan was the highlight of our trip to Costa Rica. Its location was perfectly situated for tranquility, privacy and peacefulness. We enjoying coffee on the terrace every morning as we watched the birds and monkeys play around. The only disappointing part about our stay is that we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer.“

„Starting off from after I booked and paid. There was no communication from the owner about how to check in. I messaged them on WhatsApp multiple times on my way there and gave me no response. I called and he messaged me a vague response of how the unit is on the third floor. Asked if the place was unlocked and he said yes. But the unit was locked and there was lockbox had to call him back twice to finally get the lockbox code. There was blood on a towel in the bathroom and they wouldn’t replace ...
