Ground level bedrooms: Each room enjoys a smart tv. Note there is no AC on this level but stays pretty cool since it is lower level. You can access it from the driveway so no stairs needed to access however you will need stairs to access the main floor and kitchen.

The nearby bus stops include routes 815 and 833, providing connections to the El Cajon Transit Center. The El Cajon Transit Center offers trolley services via the Green and Orange Lines, facilitating travel throughout San Diego County. Ubers and Lyfts are also available.

☀ IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:
Please abide by 8pm quiet hours. No basketball or amplified sound outside the property such as pool area, basketball area, balcony, backyard etc. We recommend coming inside after 9pm. Neighbors are very sensitive to vacation rentals and will complain. Please abide by these rules to avoid removal from property per rental agreement.

☀ In order to allow all groups to book, the pricing is set for 15 guests. Any groups over 15 guests will be charged $25/day per guest and an alternative reservation with updated pricing will be sent after booking.

☀ This is a 10 bedroom house, however you have booked the 6 bedroom listing of this home, which means the 3rd floor of the home is not available for your stay. Please do not use the beds or go into the 3rd floor. An additional cleaning fee and increase to your reservation price will be imposed if the 3rd floor is found to be used. Thank you for your cooperation!

☀ Kid-friendly: We do not offer any other baby gear on site. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ We have central heating/air on the main floor of house and no ac/heat in ground floor level. Ground floor does remain cool since it is on lower level.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license as required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation policy or refund policy.

☀ Bookings 28 days or more will require additional screening, security deposit and a signed residential lease to be approved. Cleaning fees will be increased 50% and pet fees will double for stays 28 days or more. A $60 damage insurance will be added to the reservation and be charged every month.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 21 people.
2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.
3) IMPORTANT: Please abide by 8pm-9AM quiet hours. No basketball or amplified sound outside the property(backyard,balcony,pool area etc). Neighbors are very sensitive and will complain. We recommend coming inside after 9pm. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night. Please abide by these rules to avoid removal from property per rental agreement .
4) Must be 25 years and older to book.
5) Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.
6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.
7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.
8) No shipping packages to the property.

Great location everything is 30 minutes away sea world safari park midway the home is centrally located in a great spot the home is very spacious near grocery stores and Costco every loved the game room pool and jacuzzi everyday we went somewhere came home relaxed in the pool or played in the game room everyone had a great time wish we could of stayed longer the sunrise in the living room is beautiful at night the city lights are great
