Only surprise was the road to the house from Hope Town is not paved and full of potholes so the golf cart rides are rough.“

The house is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. Sunrise on the balcony is incredible. The front porch was so nice to drop snorkel and boat gear. Super easy walk or golf cart ride to boat parking. Plenty of towels made it easy for beach and boat days. Coffee maker took kcups or made a full pot.
