The sofas were serrt, there was dust wverywherethe stoves do. Ot work amsd nekther soes the drige. There is a coin op washwr and dryer There were about 5 towels for a group of 18. There was a roach in the kitchen. The patio furniture was covered in dirt and mold. This property should be removed from the site, it is not ready for rent. ...

„The innkeeper was incredible and was SO helpful with everything! The house was really detailed and my kids loved it! Our only issue was that it didn’t feel very clean. My mom ended up cleaning the inside of the microwave while we were there and a lot of the kitchen and bathrooms could have used a deep clean. It really felt like a “fun house” and not a proper vacation/short term rental. I don’t think that I would stay here again as a vacation rental, but I would definitely recommend it to ...

„House is soothing and tastefully design“

„Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.“

„We had 7 people staying at the house as we were in town for a staff retreat. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and there were enough blankets, towels, kitchen supplies for all. The backyard was lovely, beautiful on a summer evening for an outdoor dinner. The owner was very communicative and quickly answered any questions that I had. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!“
