„We loved Stella's ground floor apartment -- clean, bright, spacious, it served all of our needs. The kitchen had just enough of everything utensil-wise for us to cook simple meals. Very convenient neighborhood with easy parking. The only caveat is that we sometimes heard music at night -- loud bass on someone's sound system. But otherwise this is a real find and we enjoyed being able to spread out.“

„Booked this when my original VRBO got cancelled. The property manager’s communication was not good. Nightmare checking in. There is a lock box on the side of the house. There is no mention of this with the checkin instructions. It was dark and cold when I arrived. Thank god for phone flashlights and a previous renter’s review that helped me know to look there. „Alesia, ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts, von großem Herd, Spülmaschine bis Waschmaschine war alles vorhanden. Leider macht die nähere Umgebung keinen sehr sicheren Eindruck und verleitet erst recht nicht zu einem Abendspaziergang. Die Kehrseite von Amerika ist ganz extrem in Oakland erkennbar und liegt an jeder Ecke in der Luft. Ohne ein Auto nicht zu empfehlen.“
