This Encinitas Beach Home is pet-friendly and boasts the highest quality furnishings throughout. This home is your home base for surfing, San Diego festivals, hiking, nature walks, family beach time, and so many more activities! If you prefer to stay indoors, we offer a retro arcade system preloaded with over 3,000 games ready to play right in the living room. Available for an additional small fee, message us for details.

The first bedroom features a luxurious beach-themed master suite with a comfortable California King bed, en-suite master bath with double vanity, jetted tub & tiled shower combination, a 55-inch wall-mounted TV, and a private balcony.

The 2nd guestroom has a California redwood theme with a queen bed. We left the 3rd guestroom clean elegant theme and a double-sized bed. These bedrooms are connected by a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom with a separate vanity & bath/shower combination. Each of these bedrooms has their own private balcony.

The 4th bedroom is a chic, San Diego nightlife-themed room featuring a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with tile and glass door shower.

This home has a large, comfortable living area, perfect for conversation and games around the 6-person dining room table or catching a movie on the 65' Smart TV where Netflix is on us! Enjoy high-speed WiFi to watch your favorite shows with ease. There is also a gas fireplace and a half bath on the main level by the kitchen.

The top-of-the-line kitchen is perfect for hosting. It features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, a Soda Stream, and all the luxury finishes and cooking items you will need to make perfect memories.

A laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, is available for use throughout your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Please note that our home has a private attached 2-car garage as well as one spot in the driveway. No-charge street parking is available nearby on a first come first serve basis.

The current price is based on a one-year lease. For leases shorter than one year, pricing may vary depending on the season and length of stay. If it applies, all tenants must adhere to HOA CCR guidelines. Please contact the landlord for applications and to schedule tours.

As this is a rental term exceeding 30 days, prospective tenants will need a lease agreement and a credit-based security deposit.

House Rules:
No loud parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
Only guests who are registered in the the booking are allowed during quiet hours. The standard occupancy of this home is 7 persons. Additional guests are subject to a $50 fee each.
No smoking in or around the home.
Guests must agree to community rules and sign a guest registration form to provide the HOA.
Park in designated areas only.
There is a $50 convenience fee plus shipping to return items left behind by guests.
Absolutely NO pets on furniture or beds. Pets are subject to an additional $150 fee.

Please note that in the guest safety section, we have identified a Ring doorbell camera next to the front door that faces the street. It records the street 24/7 for the safety of guests and the property.
