Cozy Suite for Two with Personal Hot Tub and Fireplace

Updated in 2019. Relax on the deck or in your personal hot tub. Unit 14 is a cozy single-room, ¾-bath suite with a queen bed, loveseat, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and deck with table, chairs, and gas grill. Enjoy cable TV and free DVD movie rentals or explore downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps two.

Great private hot tub area right next to the room. Hot tub was new and nice. Room wasa a little small but enough amenities I was able to make dinner and enjoy vacation. Host was very accessible. Thanks!

Great Little Cabin
Great little cabin for exploring Estes Park. Only a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and a few minutes from down town. The place was cozy and perfect for a couples getaway. The private hot tub was super convenient and reasonably private.

Cozy and Relaxing
My Wife and I stayed for our 19th wedding anniversary. Our time was amazing there. Unfortunately my wife got sick the first night through our stay. However it was okay because we stayed in bed and watched movies. We used the hottub which I thought would have been not the greatest seeing it was right next to the road. But it was really relaxing the water was nice and hot and clean it looked new. The LED lights were a nice to have. Eventhough my wife was sick it was nice to have everything like in a tiny home as we just chilled and was able to just stay in. I would definitely stay here again. Glad I found it. The management communicated with us through the Verbo message board they did a very good job of letting us know what we need to beforehand and any questions we had. It was a awesome stay.

We were upgraded to a different cabin due to a gas leak in the fireplace. The upgraded cabin was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location to town and the park were ideal. What we experienced in the short 2 days we were there surpassed our expectations.

Anniversary get-away
We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at this location. We enjoyed the location, the kitchen, tv, fireplace, and hot tub. The deck with little table was pleasant as well. The only thing i would change is several gnats in the room when we arrived. We killed close to a dozen. The window seemed to not be closed all the way. Once it was sealed, just a few more gnats showed up. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay here again.

Great little cabin
Cabin is cozy (single room + bathroom) but comfortable, good amenities (oven, microwave, dishes, good-sized fridge/freezer, TV with DVD player) and hot tub is great. Very close to Estes Park downtown and Rocky Mountain National Park. My wife and I had a blast and will be coming back.

Fantastic Stay
The property was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The hot tub was immaculate! Close to downtown but far enough as to avoid all the traffic. We come every year for the Irish/Scottish Festival and would definitely stay here again.

Property was in a great location, very close to a lot of Estes Park draws. This cabin is right off the road, but it's tucked a bit behind a corner and surprisingly obscured. Property was clean upon arrival. Only drawbacks were the heat indicator on the shower being reversed, and the off array of dishes and cookware. Overall great weekend getaway.

Especially a hot tub for sore muscles. Not air conditioned but not needed after the cottage was opened a few minutes. Check-in logical and quick and other instructions clear (except for stupid people who didn't think to turn on propane under the grill) See you next time!

We enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Knoll Resort. The cabin was very clean and cozy. It was wonderful to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend this place to friends.

Overall, the property is as advertised. The manager was highly responsive (thank you Lee) to my inquiries and they attempted to resolve my issues timely. The spa was great, the space was adequate for a weekend away with the spouse, and we had a comfortable stay. The location along Fall River Road is absolutely perfect. Next time will will stay on the creek side of the road but this location was perfect. On the negative side of things, we found the bed to be uncomfortable. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the coffee makers don't work. I asked the manager to fix but they sent incompatible equipment. I'm relatively certain the person bringing the maker has never tried to make coffee. The sent a maker who's urn was about 2" too short to open the fill valve. Let's just say there were a lot of grinds in my cup! We also had issues with the tv and the lack of pillows but they addressed those right away. All in all, I'd recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

We could not have asked for a better location. Just a few minutes away from both town and the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy accommodations with an awesome Jacuzzi and outdoor grill. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin, and were pleasantly surprised with some extra amenities- coffee, tea, and shampoo/conditioner. It is perfect for those visiting the national park, as it is minutes from the entrance. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Nice area
Enjoyed the location and the closeness to the National park. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi was awesome. Wish there was one more pillow for the bed. Only 3 for the bed. Our rental car did get dinged during our stay. Not sure who hit us since we did not have anyone parking next to us. We didn’t mention it to the staff however since our rental insurance covered it. Overall it was a nice stay and very close to everything.
