License # 3031 Free standing cabin in a quiet area, has a large deck with wonderful views and a HOT TUB to enjoy the views, gas BBQ grill, Full kitchen, internet with Wi-Fi, large smart TV in living room and smart tv's in the two bedrooms with new queen beds, cabin is for four people, a pack and play is available upon request (infants are not counted as part of the 4 people limit), combo washer/dryer, in town location close to everything. Everything is new on the inside, from the kitchen items to furniture and mattresses.

Wish we could have stayed longer
When I walked inside I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well maintained this cabin was. The photos did not do it justice! The mountain views were wonderful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Some houses are nearby but did not take away from a cozy private cabin feeling. The cabin was fully stocked with extra towels and everything we needed for our stay. There was a nice assortment of snacks and candy that we did have to eventually hide from my 8 year old nephew lol . Everything was labeled which made finding things simple. One morning I went for a jog down to and around Lake Estes and back. It was just over 5 miles in total. Took only a few minutes to get down the hill to the park area, coming back up the hill was a bit more challenging lol. The highlight of our stay was the young brown bear that came through the yard one evening while we were having dinner on the back deck! I definitely hope to come back one day!

Beautiful cabin, great hosts, so comfortable!!
We stayed for 3 nights in the cabin. This is in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. We had a doe and 2 fawns in the yard 2 of the 3 mornings. We loved the hot tub with amazing views and the cabin was so cozy!! Great experience!

Cozy Cabin
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s beautiful, cozy, quiet, and is in an excellent location in Estes Park. Our family loved the hot tub and relaxing on the deck, and saw deer right behind the deck on a couple days of our short stay. Wonderful hospitality as well!

Wonderful Cabin for Exploring RMNP
The hosts were wonderful, communicated well, and were exceptionally friendly. The cabin was great! Lots of little touches that made the stay easier. The view from the deck was amazing! We loved sitting out there in the evening. The beds were very comfortable and anything we could have needed was provided. We would 100% stay here again when we revisit Estes Park.

Quick Getaway in Perfect Place
We loved the house, the location, the view, the treats and the communication with the owner was stellar. Very appreciative of all their efforts. Quiet seclusion
The little cabin is a wonderful place to stay. We have been coming up to Estes Park for years and really missed the quiet and beauty that old Estes offered and this place brought back all those great times. The cabin is towards the back of the neighborhood and there is minimal traffic and almost zero noise. It is close to town and Rocky Mountain national park and is perfectly positioned to avoid the majority of the construction happening right now. The cabin is well appointed and the hot tub was wonderful. The owners were responsive and really felt like they cared about your stay (which is sometimes odd for a VRBO). There were little touches throughout the cabin that really allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay.

Wonderful stay at the Cabin on the Rocks
From the get go the hosts were extremely accommodating, by far the best hosts we ever worked with. The pictures of the cabin don't do it justice, its comfy, cozy, and relaxing, it really is something you have to experience yourself! We loved getting away from the city, but still having all our comforts of home still available. The location is also perfect, only a 5 minute drive to downtown Estes to get a yummy dinner. Also couldn't leave a review without mentioning how nice it was to have a hot tub right on the deck where you can spend the night just relaxing staring at the stars. We loved every second of our visit and plan on visiting again!

So glad we came back
We had a wonderful visit on our return stay with Dave and Diane. We love the incredibly clean, cozy cabin they provide - and how they're very attentive and responsive if we need anything or have questions. One of our favorite features is the beautiful view from the back porch and the floor to ceiling windows. This year we took advantage of the hot tub and won't soon forget being relaxed and toasty with light snow flurries falling through the moonlight. Hope to visit again!

If I could leave more than five stars, I would. This place had everything you could ask for and more. The hosts were very communicative, and the place was even ready early. They had a perfect porch, views, hot tub and kitchen. Everything was stocked up, and the hosts made it really feel like home. 5+ stars and would look forward to coming back again thank you so much.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay! Hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience in this cabin! Fantastic stay
The pictures never do the real world justice, and I’m so happy we picked the cabin on the rocks to stay for the week. Firstly thank you for checking up on us through text throughout the week! We had plenty of towels, laundry soap, appliances…everything we needed for a whole week getaway. The hot tub was amazing. We seen deer and wildlife on the patio. Being from Florida I worried we would be cold, but the fireplace kept the cabin super cozy. We would turn on the baseboards before we went into the hot tub as well. We were 5 minutes from downtown and we could even see the Stanley hotel from the back porch! Super cool. I don’t know what the blankets are made out of, but I think they came from heaven they were so soft. We came to isolate from people and that is exactly what we got! We were 10 minutes from the Rocky Mountain national park. We went twice. Breathtaking views. We stopped by Smokin Dave’s for lunch… GET THE RIBS… fall off the bone.. Thank you so much Dave and Diane, you guys are truly amazing. Thanks for the snacks and coffee and my favorite the hot chocolate. We will be back again!!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much! We enjoyed it for the obvious reasons such as beautiful scenery, nice hot tub, and coziness of the cabin, but also for the more subtle and thoughtful details such as labeled light switches, cleanliness of the cabin, and adequate kitchen supplies, snacks, coffee etc. The hospitality of the hosts exceeded our expectations, and we would love to come back some day. Enjoyed watching wildlife all around the cabin as well.

Cozy Cavin, with views, and a hot tub!
The cabin was more than what we could have asked for, super cozy, awesome hottub, the bed was so so comfy with softer than soft sheets, sufficiently heated and warm when it snowed while we were there; but the snow only enhanced our stay, the views were gorgeous. We decided to stay in and eat. Which was fine we had everything we needed to cook and eat in. The hosts were more than helpful, giving us suggestions for activities and eating out, they were involved every step of the way ensuring we had the best stay. We will definitely recommend and will be back. So far the best cabin getaway we ever had in Estes Park!
