This retreat offers a great location in a secluded neighborhood near the heart of the city - you are conveniently located within a short walking and driving distance of Washington Regional Hospital, Gator Golf Miniature Golf Course, convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and a movie theatre. You are also close to bike trails, greenways and the University of Arkansas! Other wonderful must-visit attractions include Gulley Park, Lake Fayetteville Park, Lake Fayetteville, Walton Arts Center, JJ's Live Concert venue and the Botanical Garden Of The Ozarks.

The enclosed backyard is a great spot to play games and unwind. Gather around the firepit for some storytelling time and roasting s'mores while the rest of the group plays a round of cornhole. And if the weather is nice enough, feel free to host a cookout using the grill on the patio.

Whip up tasty treats and homemade meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and every utensil needed to make cooking a breeze. There is even a dishwasher to make cleaning up easier! A laundry area off the kitchen provides you with the convenience of having a washer/dryer, allowing you to pack as lightly as you want.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
