It feels relaxing and like going to my mom's house: great kitchen with all the tools and gadgets to stay home and prepare meals; back porch and large backyard; and a front porch to enjoy. The small dining room is perfect for intimate dinners and the cozy living room is great for lounging and visiting. We have stayed here twice and plan to attempt to attempt to book each time we find yourself in Searcy, Arkansas.“

The yard is absolutely amazing & little side patio is cute, although I wish there was something comfy to sit on out there so I could read in the mornings. The home itself was very modest & cute & definitely worth the price. Two things I wish were different: #1 is we didn't find the beds comfortable. #2 is we felt that there were rooms where the furniture could have been more practical for the space. ...

„This was an older home but had character. We enjoyed sitting together in the large room. We were able to fit all 14 people comfortably. We made a lot of good memories playing games and sharing life stories. Unfortunately the air was broken while we were there, but we have been told that the air units are being replaced—so that is great news for all future guests. 😁“

„Property is nice. Could use a new grill. Road noise is pretty loud. The dog next door barks a lot during the night. Overall the property is nice and a great place to stay for a hunting group. Has a grocery really close. I would stay again. “
