„My family, a group of 21, with ages ranging from 6 to 70 years old thoroughly enjoyed the lodge for our Christmas holiday. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas with 3 large Christmas trees and a few smaller trees around the house. „We immensely enjoyed our stay! It had snowed before we got there so we were treated to a beautiful view and a cozy cabin. The host was quick to respond if we were in need of anything. The cabin is not far from stores and restaurants so that helped us a lot since we had little ones with us. “

„Overall a lovely historic property that was centrally located to many Manitou experiences. It is within walking distance to the Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Miramont Castle, and Manitou shopping. The property was well represented in the pictures provided. Our one issue was there were water pressure problems with three of the five bathrooms, but we discovered this at the end of our stay so did not communicate this with the owner. „This property was even more remarkable than the website pictures could depict. The decor, location, supply of linens and products were exceptional. The 14 of us enjoyed exploring the Colorado Springs area, but I think everyone would've been just as content to stay at the lodge to enjoy the grounds, hot tub and views from the deck for all 5 days. We would like to thank the owners for allowing us to be guests at their fabulous lodge. We made memories for a life time while being there.“
