Ball fields! OWA! & Near the Beach!

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit is located in Park Avenue Condominium Complex. Parking is right near your door and there is no parking fee required. It is a low density, well maintained, quiet and relaxing complex. There is a large pool with a kiddie pool, gazebos and restrooms located right across the parking lot from this unit. Beyond the pool is a large lawn with grill and gazebo. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you will require to prepare a home cooked meal as well as a pantry. A large laundry with full sized washer and dryer is next to the kitchen. The dining area with table and chairs for 6 leads to the living area which has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. A screened patio with table and chairs for 4 offers a view of the pool entrance. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have walk in closets, flat screen TV and ceiling fans. The spacious bathrooms have tile flooring and cultured marble vanities.

In the immediate vicinity of this complex are several amenities: Foley Sportsplex, OWA Amusement Park and Tropical Water Park, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf Bowl, Foley Railroad Museum, Golf Courses and too many restaurants to name. The beach and Gulf Shores Sportsplex are less than 15 miles away.

This is a very convenient place to stay whether you are coming for Sports Tournaments or just want a less expensive option for the Beach. Either way you will enjoy this unit for its convenient location

Property was as listed, Communication with the host was no problem, overall really nice place to stay, great location if you're in town for a softball tournament as we were only minutes to the Foley Sports Complex. Would've rated five star but we did find a few hairs on the bathroom linens, and there was a slight musty odor when you first walked in. But overall nice place, and no issues that would prevent us from staying again.

Nice Stay at a Very Nice Unit
The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in and everything was in great working order. It was centrally located for travel to Gulf Shores, Silverhill and Fairhope, AL. Jason and Milton were easy and great to work with. They kept us well informed on each detail. Check in and out was a breeze. When we return to Foley again we certainly will try to rent this unit. It was truly a great experience.

Great Location
Condo was clean as described and everything worked as intended. No frills here though. More of the basics would be nicer like coffee filters, salt n pepper, etc. Nothing big but little aggravating stuff. We still liked it and would probably use again in the future but it does need to dressed up a bit.

Foley in November
We traveled to Foley to attend the Sun Belt Conference volleyball tournament. The location was perfect to the OWA where the tournament was being held. The condo was as advertised! Will look to go back to this location again next year!

Worth Staying at this Condo
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, beds were so comfortable, had a lot of cooking utensils, and the location was great. Milton and Jason were so kind and were very helpful and responsive. There were a couple of things to mention about our stay. 1) The hot water heater is around 40 gallons, and so the showers were only lukewarm...but we called them and they were more than willing to turn up thermostat on the tank. 2) The Wifi connection in the condo facility needs some updating. We experienced download speeds from 1-5 Mbps and upload speeds of less than 1 Mbps. This affected our streaming of shows which would sometimes freeze or stop periodically. It was a great location, nice people, and we had a good stay! :)

Nice and convenient
Booked for volleyball tournament. Very close to Foley Event Center. Convenient to everything. It’s like moving into your own apartment. We did discover that showers needed to be staggered unless someone in your party likes cool showers. Coffee pot but no coffee provided. The lights and ceiling fans on the kids pool side did not work. None of these would stop me from staying again.

Great Stay in Foley
My family of 4 stsyed in the property for the weekend due a church trip. The check-in process was easy. VRBO and the host sent multiple emails with check-on info (location, check/in-out time, door password, and check-out process). The condo was clean, well furnished and easy to access (first floor). My favorite part was the screened in porch, multiple televisions, and an INCREDIBLE SHOWER HEAD in the primary bath. Also, we loved the simple check-out process. We have stayed in places where the list of ministers be completed items was a nuisance. This place requires removal of trash and starting the dishwasher! No negative complaints. Will stay again when we're in the area!
