Unbelievable spot! Birthday and Father’s Weekend perfection
What a gem your beautiful home is. Thank you so much for the amazing hospitality! We came to lake Geneva to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Father’s Day weekend and we were blown away by the awesome amenities available in the same grounds. My kids loved the arcade area, the indoor AND outdoor pool. There were life guards at every poolside at all times. The convenience of restaurants within the premises. The condo itself was super cozy, comfortable, very clean with every necessary essential. The screened-in wrap around porch was AWESOME to hang and enjoy my coffee. Thank you so very much for the hospitality. This is a must come back experience. Thank you!

The dirtiest and worst place I have ever seen. We did not stay. The pictures posted on your web site were very deceiving. The place did not look anything like the pictures. Very very dirty. Scam all way. The host should not be allowed to do this to people.

Great Family Condo
The condo was very clean, and a great stay for our family of 5. There are a ton of sleeping options - the bunk room essentially has 4 entire beds. The condo is close to the main gate but in a great quiet area. Perfect for sitting on the screened porch! The only two things to note - there is a spiral staircase (which was perfectly fine for our small kids, but not in the pics) and just one shower. Would definitely stay again!

Needs Improvement
The location of this rental was very nice however the condition of the rental needs improvement. To start off the listing should state the kitchen is on the second level. We were a group of 60 year old women and carrying coolers up a flight of stairs was not fun. Secondly, the unit needs some TLC. There is a section of blinds in the living room that were broken missing and some were duct taped together. There were two red chairs at the kitchen table where the legs were loose and about to break. The bedroom with all the bunk bed did not have a ladder to get to the top bunk but they did provide a metal actual ladder. Again having a 60 year old women using that was dangerous. Next, the downstairs bathroom was updated except the bathtub. If your going to update a bathroom please remove the 1970’s bathtub and tile. The deck needs to be painted and mold removed for a better appearance. The check inprocess was a mess. I was told by the owner that the security booth would have all the information and they knew nothing about the rental. Needless to say I have no idea how this could be a “Premier Host”? For the money we spent we will be looking for new accommodations the next time we visit the area.

Short stay but fantastic property
We stayed for the weekend to attend a family wedding at Abbey Springs so this was the perfect location as it is right on the property. The condo was very clean and bright. We only stayed 2 nights, but I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property a little more.

Great Getaway!
Great place for a getaway with the family or friends. House was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in process, etc. was smooth and Paul was great to work with. If you’re looking for a little time away, Paul’s place and Abbey Springs are a fantastic option when in the Lake Geneva area.

The place was exactly as mentioned and Paul was easily reachable. Per the other reviews there is a circular staircase that separates the kitchen/family room upstairs from the bedrooms/full bath downstairs. Otherwise the place was clean, quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities listed. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a weekend trip
This rental was perfect for a weekend in Fontana with friends! As others mentioned, the photos aren't entirely accurate as far as the bedroom setup goes, but if anything there was more bed space than we expected! Be aware that there's a spiral staircase between the two floors too if you have limited mobility. Great location and very easy checkin!

Great location and amenities
Staying at this location was a great choice for us. The amenities the resort offered were awesome. Being able to choose between beaches, pools, golfing and good restaurants all in one resort was great. The property was well maintained and cleaned. Having the screened in porch to relax in was awesome. I will admit that having the owners personal belongings in common areas was odd, I've never experienced that before. Also the photos of the property are not accurate. The main photo of a room with 2 twin beds isn't correct. That room actually has a bunk, with a pull out bed under it and a twin. The pull out bed had sand in it and the patio had some trash left behind. Having security into this gated community is good for a sense of security but man they were not helpful. Upon arrival they just walked out and stared at us, no hospitality. I got the impression that short term renters were not welcomed into this community. Just a few things to be aware of.
