„We enjoyed our stay in Alan’s cozy cottage. It is beautiful. It had such a comfortable bed (the bed should have its own five star rating!). The kitchen was well equipped with essentials for us such as coffee maker, filters, mugs, plates, microwave, and more. It was a great place to come back to after days of exploring Acadia National Park and the surrounding area. Alan is a very responsive host and we enjoyed meeting him.“

„It was our second stay at this cottage. It’s small but has all the necessary amenities. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, small area outside overlooking the bay with beautiful sunrises if wiling to get up by 6:00am. Very close to Hulls Cove Acadia National Park, walking distance. Couple of miles away from Bar Harbor. It was perfect for a family of 3 with a dog. Will be returning again. “

„Tim was super nice and helpful far before the trip even started. He had great resources to offer us and the place was perfect. Plenty of space, beds, and kitchen appliances. Located not far at all from trails and the park and you could even walk to the main area of southwest harbor if you wanted to which was really cute. Highly recommend!“

„My family stayed at the Cottage for a few nights to explore Acadia/Bar Harbor. We are so glad we stayed outside of the downtown area, this quiet getaway is the perfect escape from the busy nearby attractions. It is well equipped and Emily was a wonderful host. „If you’re looking for a little bit of an adventure, rather than a bland modern hotel room in town, this is a great choice. „We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! “
