Newly remodeled home w/ a backyard oasis, beautiful hot tub blocks from downtown

Lovely, newly remodeled, home just a short 20 minute walk from downtown! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a hot tub and private fenced back yard will surely melt all of your worries away. All bedrooms have a king bed and we have a roll a way available on site.

Our single level home is 10 blocks from historic Main Street. There are many amazing restaurants, wineries and even a food truck park a few blocks from your door.

The kitchen is accommodated with a coffee pot, crockpot, baking dishes, pots pans, utensils, wine glasses, beer mugs and dishes for you to enjoy.

After you enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer you can step outside and enjoy the private hot tub with your favorite beverage and play corn hole! You can also snuggle on the couch and binge watch your favorite shows or watch a movie. (WiFi is included and a smart Tv no services or cable or dvds included)

Just as advertised. The house was nicely decorated and the bedrooms were large with big king beds. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and well appointed. The back yard has a hot tub and nice deck. We sat out back in the evening and the neighborhood was quiet. We would go back every time we visit.

Perfect location for 2 couples with kiddos!
We needed a last minute spot for only one night and found this gem! The owner was quick to respond and we loved the location! With 3 kin beds, it was perfect for sharing with another adult couple and 2 kiddos. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the hot tub was perfect to unwind after a long day! Kitchen was stocked well and the kiddos loved all the board games that were supplied! We would book again for sure!
