Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas

Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive to the beaches at the Seawall.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: Guests can park along the street.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Upstairs, two restful bedrooms await. One boasts a king-sized bed, promising a luxurious slumber, while the other offers a queen-sized haven with a bonus twin bed and trundle – ideal for families! A shared full bathroom with a tub and shower caters to your needs. Need extra space? A fully equipped studio apartment nestled beneath the main house offers a queen bed and a queen-sized sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or a touch of privacy.

Venture outside and soak up the Galveston sunshine on the expansive second-floor balcony. Unwind with a yoga session in the dedicated studio in the backyard, or fire up the grill and gather on the large patio for unforgettable evenings under the stars. Historic Haven awaits, ready to whisk you away on a relaxing and memorable Galveston escape!

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers not permitted.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
