Welcome to Smoky Mountain Condo! Long range and gorgeous views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and downtown Gatlinburg, TN await you at this wonderful condo! The condo is located less than 15 minutes to the middle of downtown Gatlinburg! The condo sleeps 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo complex offers tons of amenities including indoor and outdoor pool as well as indoor hot tub! Come visit today!

The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles to the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
The indoor pool and hot tub are temporarily closed due to repairs. They are working hard to finish these repairs asap, but we do not have an updated completion date at this time.

Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

The fireplace is wood burning. We do not provide firewood. The condo complex provides firewood seasonally with no set days.

Coffee maker is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker combo. (Bring your own coffee)

We were booked to stay in the building beside us but the renovations were not finished on time so they gave us a choice between another condo in same community or one closer to downtown. It was a studio - perfect for one or 2 people. The walls are not thick between units, so you can hear noise from other units. There are lots of bears ! The drive up is interesting but the views are worth it

Fall Break 2022
Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The description of the unit was very accurate. It was clean, check-in was easy, it had all the items we needed for a 3-night stay. Property faces the East and overlooks Gatlinburg. Great view during the day and night. Surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. Long drive up small mountain. Road was narrow at times, but they were fine providing you drive slowly; especially around turns as other cars were not always on their side of the road. Saw 3 bears (mama and 2 cubs) on one of our drives down to Gatlinburg. 25-30 minute drive to Dollywood. Only real suggestion for the unit would be to upgrade frying pans and have ceiling fans (small fans available). A/C and heat worked fine. We didn't spend any time on the property other than in our condo so I have no reviews of the pool or other amenities. Wood was available for sale on property. Condo had a working wood fireplace.

Adult getaway - AMAZING VIEWS
Had a fantastic time and the view from the patio and window seating area was AMAZING! Condo was perfect for us 4. Perfect getaway with my husband, father in law and his other half. Highly recommend to bring a flash light/spot light so you can get fantastic pictures of the bears or just watch them as they play and do their thing . Trip made seeing the mama bear and her 3 Cubs just below us from the patio. We will be back!! Have this place saved as favorite!!

Paper thin walls, not comfortable for 6 adults
The property was clean and neat. However, it was very small (which I should have realized) and with large furniture that made it seem even smaller. Yes, there is a king size bed, but it filled the room with very little room to walk around it. The window in the master bedroom had a broken lock and did not secure properly. Therefore we could hear every conversation from the people on the balcony next to us. The kitchen is so small that only 1 person can fit in it at a time. There was no pan to bake something in the oven. The dishwasher is not secured to the counter and would dump over when you opened it. The walls/ceiling were paper thin. We could hear every noise/conversation through the walls - even from the people next door. The people above us sounded like they were tap dancing from early morning until midnight daily. We did not sleep while we were there. The coffee pots were great (2 of them), the pool was very nice and we got to see bears each evening. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was a higher elevation than we expected, making travel difficult. In an effort to be further away from the Gatlinburg strip, we ended up having to make a treacherous drive to each destination. It was a challenging trip for us. Communication with the property owner was fine, just not the quiet experience we were looking for.

Beautiful scenery! Best view of the mountain
Beautiful view of the mountains, the condo was warm and inviting the outdoor pool is smaller but nice. It was fairly spacious for 7 people. The downsides however are the Ice maker didn't work, the indoor pool is a fraction of what you think it is in the pictures and is more like a sauna with how hot it is in there. There's no top latch for the balcony door so I would not recommend taking little ones to this condo, huge safety risk. There is also a large gap on the right side of the balcony that a small child could easily and quickly fit themselves through. It was a beautiful view but the drive up and down everyday was scary and takes a while. Nobody will deliver (that we could find) to this location. I do wish check in times was earlier as most places we found in gatlinburg and pigeon forge would allow check in at 11am-12pm. Outside of that it was a beautiful place and definitely a must book for that outdoorsy person wanting peace and quiet.
