"Where to start? We were looking for a beach holiday for the end of our trip to Vietnam and we found paradise! We really have travelled a lot and therefore have had many experiences around the world, but what we experienced there in our 5 days is truly second to none! From the transfer to and from the airport, the check-in, our suite, the entire staff, the food, the resort... everything was more than perfect for us! Dear Regent team, we are still grateful to you all for this unforgettable experience! We don't really want to single out anyone, but we would like to take this opportunity to thank Supervisor Ky (congrats on the promotion again), Chef Andy, Mixerlogist Daniel from Oku and Assistant Director of Rooms Tika! "It was so good. Also if we wanted to change the room to one with a private pool it was uncomplicated. Everyone was so friendly there. The only thing I have is the breakfast, it’s everyday the same and the selection is medium. "

"Es hat alles geklappt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß. Der Blick auf das Meer war einmalig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet. "

"Wir waren positiv überrascht, die Hotelgröße mögen wir eigentlich gar nicht, auf Phu Quoc ist es aber nahezu unmöglich ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu bekommen, welches nicht so ein Bunker ist. Dafür ist die Anlage echt traumhaft gestaltet. Einiges an Fliesen, Gebäude und auch Einrichtungen ist aber schon eher stark abgenutzt und müsste generalüberholt werden. Nur streichen hilft da nicht. Was leider gar nicht geht ist der Strand. Dieser ist an sich, super schön. Aber das Meer ist voll mit Plastiktüten und anderem Schmutz und das Personal, aber auch das Hotelmanagement tun nicht wirklich was dagegen. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Strand, voll mit Müll, Zigaretten, Plastik und leider sogar Glasscherben. "

"The hotel is really old and both pools can not really be used by children, because of sharp stones. The water is also more brown inside the pool and looks not inviting. The sunbeds are partly broken. The kids club is dangerous for kids, because of stones and so many broken toys.The whole hotel and rooms are old and not at all stylish or appealing. To me it looks like a 3 stars hotel. Considering other hotels in Thailand, it is really below the standard. I would have not expected that from a Sheraton hotel."
