„This is an upstairs apartment with the entrance through a main door and two fire doors. The immediate connection to the garden and parking area is therefore somewhat isolated. There is however plenty to see in the near neighbourhood including the broads, lovely beach and numerous nature reserves. The apartment is well equipped with comfy bed, good kitchen, shower etc and the owners are most welcoming. This is therefore a good place to stay and we would recommend it.“

„Caister itself was very pleasant and the beach was beautiful. The accommodation was perfect, a Georgian style house split down the middle and totally refurbished. The downstairs is one large room containing the kitchen a dining area and very comfy sofas. Upstairs (which are pretty steep) is a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a massive bathroom with a large 2-person shower and a spa bath. „Clean property with easy access with keypads, so made check in at any time easy (ideal for us as the drive was over 5hrs). Parking outside is permit only, but only within 8am-6pm, so gain fitted with us. Thank you, as it made our stay to see my stepson easy and convenient, will be used again :) “

„The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. “

„The location was good , apartment was comfortable. However the view would have been excellent apart from building being covered in scaffold and workmen were outside main window on arrival so little intimidating. Appreciate work has to be done but this was not mentioned at time of booking so paid a lot of money for a view we didn’t have. So in regards to that very disappointed. Would I return yes but not to this apartment not worth amount being asked. “

„Although technically a studio, the property felt spacious. It is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Winterton-On-Sea at Xmas was something of a leap into the unknown for us. „The overall property was as described and the location is excellent. The home had nice layout and great views with high quality finishes. The dryer does not work well, so I would encourage anyone to forgo washing clothes unless you have time to line dry. My only complaints about the place are how dirty the parking lot and grounds around the property were. Really filthy.“

„Awful. Was dirty on arrival. I had to clean the floor myself,also the dishes as they had food stains on them. As well as the dead insects on the window sill. „Wonderful chalet. Had a great Christmas stay in Beachside Cottage. Big dog safe garden overlooking the dunes. Lovely layout of house. Nice and warm and cosy. Cooked our Christmas dinner in the kitchen. Brought the table in from the conservatory to eat it. Bedroom are a lovely size too. Winterton is very dog friendly. Have stayed in Winterton many times.
