Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 2 bedroom and 2.5 baths. Includes two owner suites with a garden tub and a downstairs bathroom, beautiful hardwood flooring, granite countertops, all appliances, including washer and dryer. Eat-in kitchen located off the patio. Large sectional in living room, with a 65 inch TV mounted over a beautiful fireplace. Full access to the community pool, close to restaurants, grocery store and lots of retail shopping.

Each bedroom has a King size bed and there own separate bathrooms.

For bookings longer than 30 days, we will collect a $1,200 refundable security deposit. Smoking inside of the home is prohibited. Failure to obey the rules will result in a $500.00 fine.
House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.

Please don’t allow pets on the beds. Put a blanket down, before allowing them on the furniture.
While we love all animals, we don't love the hair or dirt they can bring onto furniture. If you are traveling with pets, we must know what type and how many. Pet fees will apply and appear on the fees during your booking.
Parties are not allowed at this property and out of respect for our neighbors we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00 pm-8:00 am.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules may result in a fine. There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after checkout out, provided there is no damage to the property. If during the check-in process, you find any damage to the property, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.
