"I booked Oakes Hotel but was moved to Hilton which we really don’t mind since Hilton’s really nice. Aside from the parking which is out of the property (but they provided shuttle bus), over all experience is wonderful."

"We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Hotel. Check in and check out was simple, staff were friendly and for the most part it was fairly clean. Loved the falls view room and that it was within walkable distance to so pretty much all the attractions and amenities on clifton hill. Would definitely stay here again with my family. "

"This is a first class hotel situated in the heart of Niagara. Our rooms overlooked the Falls and the colours at night were amazing! This hotel is connected to the OLG theatre so if you are attending a concert you don’t have to go outside, the hotel is connected which is a big plus!"

"Fabulous location in downtown. Staff is so courteous and nice it was a pleasure. Incredible view to the river. Very comfortable bed and linens and the best pillows I had in a long time. Loved the free filtered water. Definitely will be back."

"Stayed one night in late April, 2025. Enjoyed excellent craft beer at the "Loose Moose" a short walk from the hotel. Hotel location was ideal for flight from Toronto City (Billy Bishop) airport. Airport shuttle stopped just outside hotel. Short ride to airport and easy check-in. Early morning check-out via room TV was very convenient. "
