„The ladies at the desk were always patient and helpful, my room fits all my needs perfectly, I slept well even in this unknown bed. Although the hotel is situated at a busy crossroad, the traffic didn't bother too much thanks to extra windows. The tram right across the street took me to Concention Center in minutes, very comfortable ! The bus stop to the airport is just around the corner, another reason to chose this accommodation, for my next stay again. See you then ! “

„I would say your manager needs to take a look at your staff looking at the breakfast on the 9th floor they are all walking around from the show walking dead also none of the burners were on for the breakfast brunch at 10:00 am. Also the nite before one young lady was serving practically the whole bar area - the others were hiding behind a curtain in the ROJO lounge pretty sad when so many young ones want jobs. Hope your manager takes a walk around! I was not impressed first morning coffee ...
