„We enjoyed our stay at Black Bear condos. Since it snowed several times, it was lovely to be able to park in the garage. Our son is in a wheelchair and there was lots of wonderful space in which he could maneuver around. We also had easy access to the bed in his bedroom. After several emails (that were answered quickly) with the managers of the property, they were able to assure us that we would have the space that we needed for our son and his wheelchair. „Super fun place. Host was great at communicating before, during and after our stay. Perfectly located, walkable from downtown CB. Easy and protected parking. Space is efficient. „The studio apartment was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was a bit crowded as the studio is over the garage and entry is off the alley. That said it was relatively quiet and close to stores. Having said that, we had to keep the window open for our entire stay due to the overwhelming and uncontrolled heat in the room.
