„Copying and pasting the email I sent the manager because it is too much to type. He replied the next day and did offer to send a technician to check the AC. I will say the AC issue was not as bad at night. During the day it feels like the house is too big for the AC to cool properly during a hot day as hot as that weekend was. I would recommend that if they know the property is booked, they atleast leave the upstairs window unit on “auto” as it took about 5 hours for the room to get cold. Here ...
