The true estate home affords a massive chef's grade upscale kitchen, multiple gathering areas, large lodge Great Room, screened porch, accompanied by private, ensuite bedrooms. Kinloch Place also features an historical bunk house beside a babbling stream overlooking the patio, fire pit and your own private 1 acre lake. But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space outside to find your own serenity. There are various outdoor areas, including the covered porches, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation. Of course kids and adults alike appreciate and enjoy both the garage Game Room and the private hot tub.

Events: Kinloch Place welcomes small events and weddings to be held on the estate. Event fees apply to weddings and corporate retreats. Please inquire and discuss with the Yonder Guest Experience Team for rates and further information.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive development. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and their development.
