On the ground level of this home you will find plenty of room to store all your beach gear and plenty of parking for 4 cars. An outdoor shower can be found in the back as well.

First floor, is a bedroom level, with your two bunk room and a master suite. The bunks share a bath and the master suite has it's own bath with access to view the ICW.

Stroll up to the next level you will find the living area, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On this level is a bath and a queen room as well.

Up on the very top floor you will will find another master suite with king bed and full bathroom. The deck on this level you will see the ocean and all that Surf City has to offer. Come stay at Jolly Rogers, you won't be disappointed.

Having access, via walking to things like ice cream, restaurants and shops, makes this sought after area.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

A separate security deposit for $400 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
