Basement: The finished, walkout basement has a half bath, queen pullout sleeper sofa, washer/dryer, mini-fridge, microwave, and a table perfect for playing cards or board games. This walkout basement opens to a fully fenced-in yard with a 4' high fence (both front and back yard).

Guest access
There is an electronic keypad lock on the front entrance. Guests will be given the code on arrival day.
