Other Important Info:
-No parties, events, reunions, large groups, or pets are allowed.

-Max daytime visitors over the number registered overnight guests on the reservation is 2 persons. If staying longer than 4 hours at property, person(s) must be registered on the reservation as an overnight guest.

-Guest counts over 6 persons are charged at an additional $18/person/day up to max of 8 (charged separately if added to reservation after booking). This charge will be added separately if you add guests after booking. We monitor occupancy with exterior security cameras.

-Guests must electronically e-sign and return Rental Agreement to receive access to the property.

-Guests will will be given Smart Lock access codes to the property. No physical keys will be given. Self check in.

-For security, we monitor access and use of the property via video cameras that capture activity on the driveway, front and back doors, back deck, and the swim and boat dock. Any tampering with cameras will result in immediate loss of access to property.
