Welcome, Guests, to Beautiful Lake Balboa! Make yourself at home in this Luxurious 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2-story house with two living spaces. It's perfect for a big family getaway! With 1 King Bed, 4 Queen Beds and Twin bunks, this home sleeps 12 guests. You will find a fully stocked kitchen for all your dining needs. Downstairs next to the couch, you will find fun yard games. Please feel free to use them all. The patio is a good place to set up or set them up in the front yard. We have Washers, Yard Jenga, Connect 4, Yard Dice, Corn Hole, and Texas Redneck Golf. Boat pictured is not included with rental, but you can rent a boat and park it in boat dock. A kayak is on the back porch for your use. There are also floaties and life jackets stored in the downstairs mud room.

Nestled in the foothills of the majestic Ouachita Mountains, and on Lake Balboa, this home is the perfect get away retreat. Enjoy all of the amenities that Hot Springs Village has to offer including over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, 11 gorgeous lakes, mini golf, pickleball courts, a pool, 9 golf courses and so much more!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
