„We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken. „One of the best hotels in Zakynthos. It is very clean and close to the center and the beach. (5-10 minutes walk) There is a supermarket nearby/on the way, which is run by a nice gentleman. Maria, who welcomed us at the hotel and said goodbye at the end, is a sweetheart. She helped us with our suitcases and made us feel safe. The hotel is very nice and clean. The electronics and the lighting function are top notch. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel.“
