„We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. One bed had a dip in it and our room wasn’t cleaned for the whole duration of our stay. There was no hot water in the shower and the fridge was also broken.
