„This is an excellent property. The only negative is the lack of transparency regarding availability of service for check-in. We had no idea that the front desk closes at 5 pm on a Saturday and we arrived around 6. Had no idea of how to check in, even with the general posted instructions. I tried calling the emergency service number, no response, I finally did figure out the fact that my key was in a safebox.
