This community is very strict when it comes to parking.

You MUST park 2 cars in the homes drive way prior to parking on the street.

For cars parking on the street, those cars must be pre-registered or authorized by the host prior to guests parking on the street.

Propane Tanks may be available for BBQ and fire pit if remaining from prior guest, but refills are our guests responsibility.
Zero Tolerance policy for parties & events.
Smoking is only permitted outside of the home.
No Shoes Upstairs on the Carpet Area.
No Pets allowed with the exception of Service Animals.
Quiet hours run from 10pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home.
If you would like to request an early check in (at 12pm) or late check out (at 12pm) we offer early check in/out for an additional $100 for 1 or $150 for both early and late check out.
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
No swimming in the lake (Please don't go past the turf)
No Fishing in the lake.
No diving in the pool, please ensure that only those who know how to swim are in the pool. Note: the pool and spa/jacuzzi are connected and not separate. Pool heating available upon request for an additional fee of $200 a day.
Please make sure to park 2 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage (only authorized vehicles).
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.
