"Das Hotel Secreto liegt traumhaft eingebettet vom Meer, Lagunen, Palmen und Mangroven auf der ruhigen Seite des Insel. Dort sind kaum Wellen. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen. 😊 Lage Personal Pool Essen/Trinken Preis-/Leistung Ausflüge • Zimmeraustattung (spartanisch) • Wasserdruck • Bausubstanz teilweise mit erneuerungsbedarf • Badestrand teilweise etwas schlammig • Abends lange etwas lauter (Party) - Endabrechnung auf Fehler kontrollieren - keine Reaktion bei WhatsApp bzgl. An- und Abreiseorganisation (wird angeboten) Wir würden die Anlage für Menschen empfehlen, die nicht höchsten Wert auf Luxus legen, die Natur und Entspannung sowie solides Essen lieben. Alles in allem stimmen hier Preis und Leistung."

"Modern and nice hotel with a lot of space for sitting for having breakfast. The choice of cheese / ham could be more varity. More choice and less of each. The stuff is really good and especially in the reception super friendly and lovely."

"We booked this hotel for two days, the food was good but there were bed bugs in the bed. After checking out my girlfriend and I were full of red spots, we tried to call the hotel and explain the receptionist said we can do nothing but we can recommend you to go to the doctor, I mean for 350$ a night what’s that for service. "Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Wundervolles Baumhaus mit allem Komfort inmitten eines grossartigen Gelände am karibischen Traumstrand, sehr freundliche aufmerksame Mitarbeiter (mit Ausnahme der Rezeption und der Frühstückschefin), sehr gute Küche und umfangreiche Getränkeauswahl , Konzept musikfreies Hotel hat uns ganz besonders gut gefallen da man überall Ruhe findet, wir kommen gerne wieder Ein Makel war der coole unfreundliche Empfang am Pier in Cartagena und die durchweg unfreundlichen hochnäsigen Rezeptionsmitarbeiter, hier besteht unbedingt Verbesserungsbedarf "
