„We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.“

„My husband and I stayed four nights at Casa Roja with our three kiddos, my brother in law, his wife and their three kids and it was awesome! Arlene made the entire process from reservation to check out super easy. She is very responsive and answered all of my questions! The home is very well stocked and was extremely clean. „We enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend staying here. The property is new and is quieter than staying on Sandy Beach. The resort is still being built but has everything you need. Would maybe recommend some spices in the cabinets to cook with. Also some beach chairs or sand toys in the front closet. Will definitely come back.“

„This far exceeded our expectations. The rooftop patio has a phenomenal view of the Sea of Cortez, as well as great sky views. Desert thunderstorms are an unexpected happening, but the vantage point made the time more vivid. This is a very cozy spot that accommodated the three of us comfortably“

„Condo was as advertised. Everything was in working order. Make sure you know the office hours for the check-in times. Check-out tasks were easy (take out garbage, put dishes in dishwasher). It's nice that the pool bar serves food and drinks now.“

„We had terrible experience. The host never mentioned to me that the road to the property that we booked was not accessible. To get to the property we had to use a dirt road that was flooded over. As a result, our vehicle was stuck in the mud. I am 8 months pregnant and me and my 4 children and husband had to push our vehicle through the mud to get off of the dirt road. It was getting dark and I did not feel safe driving in the dark on an inaccessible road in a foreign country. We never made it ...
